Today marks three years since the 6 February 2023 earthquakes.
We carry the memory of those who were lost. We stand with the communities whose lives were forever changed.
Over these three years, we’ve witnessed the strength, solidarity, and collective effort that continue to shape recovery — the quiet, persistent work of rebuilding what was lost.
Local civil society organisations have carried this work forward, supporting communities not only in the immediate aftermath, but through the long process of rebuilding and renewal.
Türkiye Mozaik Foundation has walked alongside them. Through over £3,9 million in funding and 125 grants to 92 partners, we’ve supported efforts to restore education and healthcare, rebuild livelihoods, and strengthen community-led recovery.
Three years on, the work continues. The needs haven’t disappeared. Neither has our commitment.
